Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient form of therapy practised as a treatment in alternative medicine.

It deals with the principle that there are areas on the feet and hands which correspond to the major glands and organs of the body.

Pressure is applied to a specific area of the foot to produce an effect on the corresponding area of the body.

REDUCES STRESS

Reflexology can be more relaxing than a general body massage. Stress-related conditions can include:

  • General headaches
  • Colds and flu
  • Neck and shoulder tension

IMPROVES CIRCULATION

One of the symptoms of stress is a decrease in blood ciculation.
Improving the circulation by reflexology
allows the body to receive the nutrients carried in the blood.
Eliminates waste products more effectively

INCREASES ENERGY LEVELS

Reflexology can help increase energy levels both immediately after the treatment and for several days after.
